Our managers nominate staff for monthly values awards where we celebrate staff who demonstrate our values. We have incentive trips for top performers and have taken many of our staff overseas to see exciting parts of the world including Egypt, Zanzibar, Thailand and France among others. Our graduate programme has been highly successful in bringing young talent into our organization and allowing them to grow both within our company and beyond. 

Candice Roberts gives back by participating on the advisory boards of Black owned companies in Endeavor’s Accelerator programme which is aimed at assisting young companies through mentorship and advice. She also provides support through our Enterprise Development programme to Go Impact, our majority black-owned new entrant into the BPO sector which focusses on bringing contact centre work into local township economies. Our future success will result in the creation of hundreds of new jobs and will ensure the protection and retention of the jobs we have created thus far. This is of high importance to both the South African economy and CallForce.
