OUR PEOPLE
ARE OUR PASSION!

CallForce have significantly invested in developing an environment that has world class operational infrastructure, people and processes that will continue to ensure that we consistently exceed our clients’ service expectations. Retention and further development of our key asset, our people, is always a strong focus as this has been an essential factor in our success story thus far.

At CallForce we work very hard to ensure that we adhere to our core values in all our operational areas. Our values are: People always come first; We embrace change and innovation; We value open and transparent communication; We believe in the power of teamwork; Our flexibility sets us apart. These five values are driven home in every interaction we have at CallForce, whether it be with a colleague, superior, client, customer or supplier. Everything we do is geared towards ensuring a positive customer / client experience where quality is of utmost importance.

Our managers nominate staff for monthly values awards where we celebrate staff who demonstrate our values. We have incentive trips for top performers and have taken many of our staff overseas to see exciting parts of the world including Egypt, Zanzibar, Thailand and France among others. Our graduate programme has been highly successful in bringing young talent into our organization and allowing them to grow both within our company and beyond.

Candice Roberts gives back by participating on the advisory boards of Black owned companies in Endeavor’s Accelerator programme which is aimed at assisting young companies through mentorship and advice. She also provides support through our Enterprise Development programme to Go Impact, our majority black-owned new entrant into the BPO sector which focusses on bringing contact centre work into local township economies. Our future success will result in the creation of hundreds of new jobs and will ensure the protection and retention of the jobs we have created thus far. This is of high importance to both the South African economy and CallForce.
